Mona has worked at Skills\/Comp\u00e9tences Canada (SCC) since 2019. She is Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications and finds that for this role communication is the most important Skill for Success. She oversees all things branding and graphic design and leads many projects such as signage and all our SCC merchandise and swag. As a graphic designer by trade, Mona spent more than 10 years working in graphic design and has a keen eye for detail.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf I weren\u2019t at Skills Canada, I would be a landscaper. As someone who appreciates flowers, plants and being in nature, turning a simple space into something beautiful would bring me so much joy.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Apart from landscaping, Mona also enjoys watching the cooking competitions at the Skills Canada National Competitions (SCNC) simply because the food always looks exquisite once it is plated. She considers herself as someone who is pretty handy and likes to take on projects such as working on cars with her husband in her free time.
