My Skills Background <\/strong>
\nI\u2019m a software developer at IronSight. The intersection of creativity, problem solving and working with really smart people makes for a fun career! I\u2019ve been on the National Technical Committee for my Skill Area since 2018. I also competed at Skills competitions as a student. <\/p>\n

Training Champions <\/strong>
\nI learned a lot from participating in Skills competitions as a student. They pushed me to hone my craft and become good at what I do, and that\u2019s been instrumental in my career. I\u2019ll welcome any opportunity to give back and help the next generation build great things. As a Trainer, I\u2019ll encourage my competitor to regularly practice, and to continually push themselves. Studying previous test projects is a productive way to start, but let\u2019s go beyond that. How can we make the problem harder? How can we solve the problem faster? <\/p>\n

To me, success is a competitor who feels confident in their abilities and is eager to take on the challenges in front of them. I hope my competitor leaves knowing they gave it their best. The skills and experience they gain will last a lifetime.

\nAs a Trainer, I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience at WorldSkills Shanghai 2026. I\u2019m a skilled software developer, with lots of experience in Web Technologies.
