I competed in my Skill Area of 2D Animation in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. Through my Skills journey, I\u2019ve tried new things, discovered where I thrive, and made some of my closest lifelong friends. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Joining the National Alumni Committee (NAC) <\/strong><br \/>\nI joined the NAC because I want to share my knowledge and passion with the next generation of competitors. Every year brings in fresh talent, and they raise the bar with their passion and skills. I can\u2019t wait to see how this next group of competitors rises to the challenge! <\/p>\n<p><strong>Overcoming Career Barriers <\/strong><br \/>\nOn my career journey, I\u2019ve often struggled with figuring out where I belong. I now realize that trying new things and even discovering they\u2019re not for me is just as valuable as finding something I love. It\u2019s important to be able to handle setbacks and then tell yourself, \u201cOkay, onto the next thing!\u201d <\/p>\n<p><strong>Proudest Moment  <\/strong><br \/>\nThe proudest moment of my career so far has been seeing my work out in the real world \u2014 whether I come across it while out and about or see it online.
