Conversations are guided by predetermined\u202fcriteria and vary from year to year. Results from the Assembly mold a blueprint for SCC\u2019s and its member\u202forganizations\u2019 steps forward, allowing them to\u202fmore effectively reflect today\u2019s youth and the\u202fcurrent trades and technologies landscape.<\/p>\n<p>The SFSYA is more than just a one-time platform for\u202fdialogue; it becomes a think tank of talented\u202fyouth talking about those engaged in trades and\u202ftechnologies in Canada.<\/p>\n<p>The Assembly has a lasting\u202flegacy\u2013it sparks networking opportunities where\u202fstrong relationships are formed and serves as a\u202fspace where
