I then worked for the Canadian Armed Forces for about 14 years, where I was responsible for many tasks, including recruitment. For health reasons, I had to change careers. Now, I&#8217;ve been working for ABB Canada for over a year as School Relations Manager. My role is essential for forging strong links between schools, partners and the student community. I love this job because it allows me to meet new people. Furthermore, it allows me to work anywhere in Canada. This company exists in over 100 countries! ABB global technology is a leader in electrification and automation, enabling a more sustainable and resource-efficient future. By connecting its engineering and innovation expertise, ABB helps industries run at high performance, while becoming more efficient, productive and sustainable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The importance of the Skills for Success<br \/>\n<\/strong>Communication and collaboration are Skills for Success that are very important for my job as I work with the public. Moreover, creativity and innovation are also very useful as they help me find new and qualified employees to fill positions within our organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Career opportunities<\/strong><br \/>\nThe employability sector offers a broad range of possibilities. It allows employees to climb the corporate ladder.
