Parrain\u00e9 par Shell Canada, le FJN s\u2019est tenu pendant les Olympiades canadiennes des m\u00e9tiers et des technologies, au d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Sous la direction d\u2019un facilitateur expert en marketing de Skills\/Comp\u00e9tences Canada, douze jeunes de l\u2019ensemble du Canada ont travaill\u00e9 au sein de quatre groupes \u00e0 la conception de campagnes de marketing par m\u00e9dias sociaux destin\u00e9es \u00e0 Shell Canada. Pendant deux jours, les participants ont \u00e9labor\u00e9 des campagnes visant \u00e0 permettre \u00e0 l\u2019industrie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re et gazi\u00e8re d\u2019utiliser les m\u00e9dias sociaux de mani\u00e8res originales pour s\u2019adresser aux jeunes qualifi\u00e9s, les recruter et les sensibiliser aux d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les campagnes \u00e9taient consacr\u00e9es aux m\u00e9tiers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s de l\u2019industrie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re et gazi\u00e8re, par exemple \u00e9lectricien, soudeur, tuyauteur, m\u00e9canicien decentrale, m\u00e9canicien de machinerie lourde et l\u00e9g\u00e8re, m\u00e9canicien d\u2019entretien, op\u00e9rateur sur le terrain et op\u00e9rateur de salle de commande et de proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de cette initiative, les participants ont appris \u00e0 \u00e9laborer un plan marketing en bonne et due forme et \u00e0 lancer une campagne par m\u00e9dias sociaux, tout en utilisant les neuf comp\u00e9tences essentielles.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Participer au Forum national des jeunes a \u00e9t\u00e9 pour moi une exp\u00e9rience extraordinaire. \u00c0 l\u2019instar des projets ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s dans le cadre des concours de Skills\/Comp\u00e9tences Canada, le travail que nous avons accompli pendant le Forum ressemblait aux projets qui sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans de v\u00e9ritables entreprises. Vous ne pouvez pas acqu\u00e9rir plus d\u2019exp\u00e9rience que \u00e7a \u00bb, de d\u00e9clarer Jean-Philippe Desbiens, comp\u00e9titeur en TI \u2013 Administration des syst\u00e8mes et des r\u00e9seaux informatiques, au Mondial des m\u00e9tiers 2013, \u00e0 Leipzig.<\/p>\n<p>Le dernier jour, les participants ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 leurs campagnes, comprenant les vid\u00e9os, \u00e0 un jury de Shell Canada. La s\u00e9ance s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e enrichissante pour Shell car les jeunes experts en marketing ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 de nouveaux moyens efficaces de s\u2019adresser aux jeunes et ont soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance d\u2019avoir recours \u00e0 toutes les plateformes des m\u00e9dias sociaux, quel que soit l\u2019objectif, pour promouvoir une marque attrayante et int\u00e9ressante.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab En participant au Forum et en le parrainant, Shell a eu un bon aper\u00e7u des diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons de s\u2019adresser aux jeunes, en tant qu\u2019industrie, pour les encourager \u00e0 mener une carri\u00e8re dans les m\u00e9tiers \u00bb, d\u2019indiquer Cathy Sweet, Recrutement militaire, Shell Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Selon des repr\u00e9sentants de Shell, compte tenu du court d\u00e9lai allou\u00e9 pour la mise sur pied d\u2019une campagne aussi complexe, ces jeunes dynamiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remarquables tant par leur niveau de professionnalisme que par la pertinence de leurs remarques.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s impressionn\u00e9s.
