Dans les m\u00e9tiers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, de nombreuses carri\u00e8res, en particulier dans le domaine de la construction, demeurent \u00e0 forte pr\u00e9dominance masculine.<\/p>\n<p>Points saillants du budget de 2018 consacr\u00e9s aux comp\u00e9tences<\/p>\n<p><strong>Subvention incitative aux apprenties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Afin d\u2019encourager une repr\u00e9sentation accrue des femmes dans les m\u00e9tiers Sceau rouge \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance masculine \u2013 qui sont mieux r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s \u2013 et de veiller \u00e0 ce que les femmes soient mieux en mesure de donner l\u2019exemple et d\u2019assumer un r\u00f4le de leadership dans ces secteurs, le gouvernement affecte un financement de 19,9\u00a0millions de dollars sur cinq ans, \u00e0 compter de 2018-2019, pour piloter une Subvention incitative aux apprenties. Selon la Subvention, les femmes dans les m\u00e9tiers Sceau rouge \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance masculine recevraient 3\u00a0000\u00a0$ pour chacune des deux premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de formation (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 concurrence de 6\u00a0000\u00a0$).\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programme de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la formation d\u2019apprenti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Ce programme encouragera les groupes sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u2013 ce qui comprend, sans toutefois s\u2019y limiter, les femmes, les peuples autochtones, les nouveaux arrivants et les personnes handicap\u00e9es \u2013 \u00e0 explorer l\u2019id\u00e9e de faire carri\u00e8re dans le domaine des m\u00e9tiers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s. En partenariat avec les provinces, les territoires, les institutions postsecondaires, les syndicats et les employeurs, le Programme de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la formation d\u2019apprenti aidera les Canadiens \u00e0 explorer les m\u00e9tiers, \u00e0 obtenir une exp\u00e9rience de travail, \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de choix de carri\u00e8re et \u00e0 perfectionner les comp\u00e9tences dont ils ont besoin pour trouver et conserver de bons emplois bien r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s dans les m\u00e9tiers.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le gouvernement propose un financement de 46\u00a0millions de dollars sur cinq ans, \u00e0 compter de 2018-2019, et de 10\u00a0millions chaque ann\u00e9e par la suite, pour le Programme de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la formation d\u2019apprenti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fonds pour les femmes en construction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le gouvernement lancera le Fonds pour les femmes en construction en 2018-2019, avec un investissement de 10\u00a0millions de dollars sur trois ans \u00e0 m\u00eame les ressources existantes d\u2019Emploi et D\u00e9veloppement social Canada. Le Programme s\u2019appuiera sur des mod\u00e8les existants qui se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9s efficaces pour attirer les femmes vers les m\u00e9tiers.
