Biography
Ever since I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by how computers work. I chose IT – Network Systems Administration as a career so I could work at something I enjoy. I’m following the best advice I’ve ever been given: Never stop learning and follow your passion. I love that technology is constantly changing and that I can learn something significant every day. My goals are to continuously learn, enhance my skills, and advance in my career.

I got into Skills competitions through my instructors at BCIT. The Skills competition experiences have been terrific and taught me many new things. At first, I couldn’t believe that I’d been selected to compete at WorldSkills Shanghai 2026, but then I became excited and proud that I’d be representing Team Canada in my category. The biggest challenge for me at the competition might be the time limit in which I’ll have to complete my task. But I’m hoping for a great experience and to represent Canada in a good light!

Interesting Fact
I enjoy several hobbies, including hiking and playing table tennis.

Skills for Success
In my training process and during the competition, Problem Solving has been an instrumental skill because it’s allowed me to overcome challenges and repeatedly make progress in my tasks.
