My Skills Background
I’m an Esthetics teacher at LRATC. I have a deep love for learning and a strong passion for sharing my knowledge with others. I take immense pride in guiding students to reach their full potential both in their practical skills and personal development. I’ve previously volunteered for Skills/Compétences Canada, serving as a member of the National Technical Committee.

Training Champions
As a first-time Trainer, I’m excited to train someone who’s as enthusiastic about the industry as I am. I aim to make this journey a positive experience, providing constructive feedback while fostering technical excellence and personal growth.

To me, success as a Trainer is about watching the competitor grow in confidence, discipline and their ability to perform under pressure. Regardless of the result, her hard work and dedication, along with a deep sense of personal achievement and pride, are what defines true success in this journey. As a bonus, she’ll also get to connect with other competitors from around the world, gaining yet more insight and inspiration.

Why I Love Volunteering
I’m looking forward to expanding my knowledge, refining my coaching abilities and learning from the community of Trainers and Experts at WorldSkills Shanghai 2026. Most importantly, I hope to enrich my competitor’s experience by encouraging her to push beyond her limits. I believe my competitor chose me as their Trainer because she trusts in my knowledge and passion for what I do.
