Join us for the 2024 Skills Canada National Competition (SCNC), in Québec City. Through SCNC, Skills/Compétences Canada promotes skilled trade and technology careers to Canadian youth. The Skills Canada National Competition is our flagship event and is an ideal way to connect with tomorrow’s workforce.
SCNC is the only national, multi-trade and technology competition for students and apprentices in the country. Each year, more than 500 of Canada’s best in skilled trades and technologies come to SCNC to compete in over 40 skilled trade and technology competitions. At SCNC, thousands of students visit the competition floor and discover the exciting and rewarding careers that are available in the skilled trades and technologies through over 50 interactive Try-A-Trade® and Technology activities, by visiting exhibitor booths, and engaging with industry professionals.

School Field Trips
Skills/Compétences Canada invites students and youth groups to spend an unforgettable day discovering careers in skilled trades and technologies at the Skills Canada National Competition. Transportation subsidies are available!
