Biography
I grew up with a dad who worked in Automobile Technology, and I developed a passion for the trade. I love the problem-solving aspect connected to working on cars. Every vehicle is a new challenge that keeps me thinking and constantly learning. My career goals are to get my Red Seal endorsement in my trade and become a Lexus Master Technician.

I competed for the first time at the provincial Skills competition, in Alberta, in 2023. I was blown away by its size and the number of skilled automotive competitors. Winning medals at the Skills Canada National Competitions in 2024 and 2025 have really motivated me to improve. I’m aiming to do that when I compete at WorldSkills Shanghai 2026, a vision and goal of mine now brought to life. My biggest challenge in Shanghai will be working with unfamiliar equipment, vehicles and service information. I’ll also have to navigate everything in a new environment surrounded by people who may not speak my language.

Interesting Fact
When I’m not working on cars, I love to go fishing.
